Our Arts & Craft Mart vendors are an integral part of the Pow Wow of Champions. IICOT is committed to working with our vendors by providing assistance as needed.

The Arts and Crafts area is LOCATED IN AIR CONDITIONED COMFORT AND SPACE IS LIMITED!

The 10 ft x 10 ft booth spaces are $145.

Only payment by money orders will be accepted after July 23, 2012.

Booth spaces are $165 after July 23, 2012.

Booth Space

  • The Arts and Crafts area is LOCATED IN AIR CONDITIONED COMFORT.
  • The 10 ft x 10 ft booth spaces are $140.
  • Only payment by money orders will be accepted after July 23, 2012.
  • Booth spaces are $160 after July 23, 2012

    All booths must be paid for in advance and are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Spaces are limited. So, get your reservation and payment in early.

    Optional Rental Items:

  • Electricity: $20 per booth
  • Tables: $15 each if paid for in advance
    $20 each Day of Show
  • Metal folding chairs: $5 each - Chair rentals are only available in advance. Extra chairs will not be available at set-up.

    Set Up:

    Thursday, August 16, 2012 starting at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and Resuming check in at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 17, 2012     Your space may not be held past 3:30 P.M. without prior arrangement.

    Vendor Rules

  • All merchandise for sale must be Indian oriented and meet the Pow-Wow Committee's approval. All mediums of artwork and crafts, as well as, Indian craft and regalia supplies are welcome.
  • Prohibited Items: water yo-yo balloons, "stress relief" (sand/flour filled) balloons, & face painting.
  • No food items (samples, candy, gum, water, etc) can be given away or distributed at your booth.
  • No pets or other animals are allowed in the building.
    (except for service dogs)
  • No large ice chests will be permitted in the building.
  • The ORU MABEE CENTER is a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted outside only.
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
  • Please keep your booth presentable and discard refuse in an appropriate container.

    IICOT is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
