Booth
Space
The 10 ft x 10 ft booth spaces are $105.
Only payment by money orders will be accepted after July
19, 2008.
Booth spaces are $120 after July 30th, 2008
All booths must be paid for in advance and are reserved on
a first come, first serve basis. Spaces are limited. So,
get your reservation and payment in early.
Optional Rental
Items:
- Electricity: $10 per booth
- Tables: $13 each if paid for in advance
$18 each at set-up time
- Metal folding chairs: $5 each - Chair rentals are only
available in advance. Extra chairs will not be available at
set-up.
Set
Up:
Doors will open at 10:00 A.M. Friday morning for check in
and drive-in access to set up. Doors open to the public at 5:00 P.M.
Friday. If you need to set up after 3:00 P.M. please let
Betty know in advance. Your space may not be held past 3:30
P.M. without prior arrangement.
Vendor
Rules
All merchandise for sale must be Indian oriented and meet
the Pow-Wow Committee's approval. All mediums of artwork
and crafts, as well as, Indian craft and regalia supplies
are welcome.
Prohibited Items: water yo-yo balloons, "stress relief"
(sand/flour filled) balloons, & face painting.
No food items (samples, candy, gum, water, etc) can be
given away or distributed at your booth.
No pets or other animals are allowed in the building.
(except for service dogs)
No large ice chests will be permitted in the building.
The Trade Center Building is a smoke free environment.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Please keep your booth presentable and discard refuse in an
appropriate container.
IICOT is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged
items.
